Brief: This website was assembled using T4's SiteManager Content Management System. Various legacy websites were decomissioned and rolled into the new University brand. The site is run from a Windows 2003 sever using ASP technlogy to deliver dynamic pages.
The site features careers advice and information for students and recent graduates, as well as links to the service's mentoring and work experience schemes. Users can also search the careers service library of book, leaflets and reports.
The site also features a membership system which allows members to receive tailored vacancies by email and to sign up for on-campus employer presentations and other recruitment events. The membership system is built around an Access database, while the vacancies and library catalogue is built around a SQL Server database.
A special section for recruiters allows employers to sign up to attend careers fairs, to register for targeted services and to submit vacancies online.

Brief: Sustainability Mentoring NW is a mentoring programme focusing on the Environment, Environmental Technologies and Regeneration sectors in the Northwest region. It matches talented students and graduates with professional individuals who are willing to act as a mentor; providing knowledge, guidance and advice about careers in their sector.
The website was laid out using style sheets from a design created in Photoshop by Oven Creative

Brief: This site is aimed at PhD students, academics, supervisers, employers and all those interested in developing and retaining PhD talent in the North West.

Brief: Business Access is a project which matches North West small & medium enterprises which lack certain skills with students who can provide those skills.
The website features a section to allow members to interact via a business directory and a referrals programme. The site also provides business news, the monthly neewsletter 'Focus" and free advice and tips for SMEs.

Brief: The Certificate of Work Experience is the Careers Service's first foray into exclusively online learning. The Certificate is completed online through a series of workshops and self-analysis tasks relating to part-time work or work experience undertaken.

Year: 2001-2004
Brief: Interface is a mentoring programme supporting UK Black and Asian students and postgraduates at The University of Manchester. Interface matches student mentees with employer mentors in their career areas.
This website from 2001 featured information about the programme as well as news gathered from a range of sources for muslim, hindu and sikh students. The same layout (with alternative colour scheme) was also used for Interact, a sister website aimed at students with disabilities.
