CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

 
When booking please note that you are entering a legally-binding contract and commitments should be honoured. 
 

1. A deposit of £50 per person is required on booking. This is not refundable but can be transferred to another course. Please consider carefully that insurance should be considered.

2. Deposits may be transferred to other weeks at the Hall.

3. Payment in full must be made 21 days prior to your week's stay. Otherwise Tre-Ysgawen has the right to re-book your place and the deposit will not be refundable.

4. Deposits may be paid by cheque or credit card (payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3% charge on the bill).
5. Last minute cancellations, unless just cause is found, money may not be refundable.
6. Dietary conditions:- The Hall offers either standard or vegetarian menus. Where a diet requires further additional individual attention, we require prior notice and a supplement of £15 per course will be charged.
7. All weeks start on Sunday unless otherwise stated in our brochure. Booking in may only take place after 2p.m. unless otherwise agreed with management.
8. Unless arranged beforehand with management we do not allow filming at the Hall. Recordings of lectures or private consultations must be agreed with the Tutor in charge of the week.
9. Private selling of any form of merchandise is not permitted unless agreed in writing beforehand with management.
10. Personal possessions are not the responsibility of the Hall, neither are any form of documents, valuables or money whether under safe-keeping or not.
11. We regret that we cannot accommodate any pets on our premises.
12. Our grounds cannot accommodate any caravans or camping trailers.
13. Management hold the right to refuse bookings or admission, at any time, also to ask at any time that students or tutors will leave the premises.
14. Accommodation will be allocated by reception on arrival.
15. Prior notice must be given on booking of special and vegetarian diets. Failure to do this cannot guarantee those needs can be met immediately on the first day of arrival.
16. We give notice that we cannot guarantee that changes may not have to be made in our programme. We will do our utmost to avoid this. However we reserve the right to do the above if needed.
17. Please note if a single room is required and there are non available, sharing will become the only option.
