- A brief history of the development of the Internet as a commercial medium, eg how the Internet began, what technologies were available, how has it developed into the form we know it today? May also include current market demographics, statistics regarding the growth in popularity of the Internet and any projections for the future.
- A brief overview of the music industry, and how it has been changed by technology (eg the LP, the CD, MTV etc). May also include current market demographics - who is buying what and how?
